Island House

Island House is located on Lord Howe Island, a place of extraordinary natural beauty.

The property offers two pavilion-style houses for just eight guests in a very private setting surrounded by a forest of Kentia palms and centuries-old Banyan trees.

Constructed of hardwood and copper with fully oak-lined interiors, the architect-designed houses are filled with books, art, authentic mid-century furniture, Cheminee fireplaces, copper baths and include fully provisioned kitchens and bars. Spatially separated and screened to ensure privacy, our interiors are light-filled with high ceilings, fans, and extensive decks. Established gardens provide generous lawn areas, shady palms, fruit trees and herbs.

Island House is ideal for whole site bookings. However, individual houses are also available on request. Each house has been designed with flexibility in mind so that it may be enjoyed by individuals, couples, small groups or families.
