Our beautiful world heritage Island offers an abundance of endemic botanicals that are both aromatic and therapeutic. Together with flowers, herbs and citrus from historic Thornleigh Farm we are creating our refreshing hydrosol mists. The completely natural product of distilled botanical waters will help hydrate your skin. Enjoy the Island aromas that are made through our beautiful copper still.

The Artisans – Emily and Meredith

We share a common love for natural beauty products, organic gardening and wanting to share the Island’s botanical magic. Walking through the forest, beaches and our own gardens was the inspiration to capture scents that evoke emotions and memories. This led us on a path to discover the distillation methods, using copper stills. Hours of research, courses, listening to podcasts, exploring the amazing flora in our own backyards and mastering the copper still has shown us how special the art of distilling is. Together we have created an amazing business association and true friendship.

Emily’s partner Anthony and Meredith’s partner Robert are both 6th generation Islanders whose families have been entertaining visitors, family and friends with the Island’s amazing walks, snorkelling, fishing and wildlife.

Meredith’s partner Robert at Thornleigh has left the big city life to tend to the family property.  He has been restoring the property, gardens and bringing back to life the orchards. Emily’s partner Anthony who operates Marine Adventures Turtle Tours, is now distilling award winning spirits.

We also want to share our hospitality with a truly memorable experience.  In time we hope to offer a unique distillery & farm tour where we teach you how to distill seasonal flora.

Our ambition is being able to share the island with you in the way of subtle scents that remind you of the serenity, peace and beauty of our little piece of paradise.
