Led by Czech-born Executive Chef David Chlumsky, whose impressive experience includes renowned Sydney establishments such as Otto, Quay, and Longrain, our kitchen blends his love for the island with his expertise in modern, innovative cuisine. David’s passion for local produce shines through in every dish, highlighting the best of what the island has to offer.
Our menu features contemporary Australian cuisine, crafted with locally sourced ingredients and showcasing the freshest seasonal produce. From locally caught fish to farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, you’ll always find something new and exciting. We’re also the only restaurant on the island that receives fresh produce flown in directly from the market via private aircraft.
