NOURISH – 1-Day Yoga & Wellness Retreat

Reconnect and recharge with our NOURISH retreat. Enjoy a day of yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing practices in the stunning setting of Lord Howe Island. Includes breakfast, lunch, and a take-home wellness guide & gift. Held on Wednesdays at Lovers Bay, pre-booking essential.

Weekly Public Classes

Choose from a variety of styles, from soothing relaxation to energizing strength-building flows. Our indoor & outdoor classes cater to all levels, leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded, and energized. Pre-booking is encouraged, but drop-ins are always welcome. Mats and blocks provided.

Private Yoga & Wellbeing Experiences

For a more personalised experience, enjoy 1-on-1 or small group yoga or wellbeing session, tailored to your needs. Held at your accommodation or in a secluded outdoor spot, weather permitting.

Lord Howe Island Physiotherapy is a full-service physiotherapy clinic situated opposite the Anchorage Restaurant.

Recover from climbing our mountains and trails faster and get back to enjoying all that this amazing island has to offer.

Services include sports and remedial massages. Acupuncture. And all physiotherapy services.

Lord Howe Island Perfumery Co.

Our beautiful world heritage Island offers an abundance of endemic botanicals that are both aromatic and therapeutic. Together with flowers, herbs and citrus from historic Thornleigh Farm we are creating our refreshing hydrosol mists. The completely natural product of distilled botanical waters will help hydrate your skin. Enjoy the Island aromas that are made through our beautiful copper still.

If you are visiting the Island the Perfumery products are available to purchase at the distillery. We are open on Saturdays between 9am and noon or by appointment.
